1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility

tg7703 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of your Account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

4. Account Registration

To access Real Money Play on tg7703, you must register a Player Account. Registration requires provision of a valid Philippine mobile number, a chosen password, and confirmation of your agreement to these Terms. By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the tg7703 Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. tg7703 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts identified through system monitoring, and any funds therein may be forfeited.

Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify tg7703 support immediately.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tg7703 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. tg7703 accepts payments via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other approved methods as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible.
• tg7703 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in your own name.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to standard identity and source-of-funds verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. tg7703 may request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.
• tg7703 makes reasonable efforts to process approved withdrawals promptly. Estimated processing times displayed on the Platform are indicative only and may vary during periods of high volume or system maintenance.
• tg7703 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, account abuse, or AML concerns.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

tg7703 offers various promotions and bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. The following general bonus terms apply across all tg7703 promotions:

• Bonus Funds credited to your Account must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the minimum number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as applicable) must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• tg7703 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that promotions already accepted and in progress will be honoured subject to their original terms.
• Players who tg7703 determines to have exploited or abused any bonus offer — whether through systematic betting patterns, creation of multiple accounts, use of promotional arbitrage strategies, or any other means — may have their Bonus Funds forfeited and their Account suspended.
• Bonus Funds and Real Money funds are held separately within your Account. Real Money funds are used first in wager settlement unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on tg7703 are governed by the rules applicable to the specific game or product selected. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the relevant game rules. The following general betting terms apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. tg7703 does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend confirmed bets except where a technical error on tg7703's part has demonstrably affected the bet outcome.
• tg7703 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at a clearly erroneous price or line, or placed in contravention of these Terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tg7703 Platform. Violations may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts, whether in your own name or using third-party identities.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner.
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Any form of cheating, manipulation of game outcomes, or exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities.
• Money laundering or use of the Platform for any illegal financial activity, including deposits of funds derived from criminal activity.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at tg7703 staff, support agents, or other Players.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the tg7703 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audio — is the property of tg7703 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the tg7703 Platform without prior written authorisation from tg7703.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tg7703 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from system downtime, network failures, or force majeure events.

tg7703 makes no warranty that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. While tg7703 employs reasonable security measures, you use the Platform at your own risk. tg7703's aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the sixty (60) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

tg7703 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, AML violations, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• You have provided false or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Your Account activity suggests collusion, bonus abuse, or use of automated betting tools.
• You have requested self-exclusion under tg7703's Responsible Gaming programme.
• A regulatory authority or law enforcement agency has directed tg7703 to suspend or close your Account.

Upon legitimate Account closure not resulting from prohibited conduct, any verified Real Money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any pending compliance checks.

12. Responsible Gaming

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. tg7703 operates under the applicable regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the tg7703 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
